1st Floor Commons Room: The 1st Floor Commons Room/Reference area is open access during the regular hours of the Ned R. McWherter Library.
When the McWherter Library is closed, the Learning Commons is open only to University of Memphis faculty, staff, and students. You will be asked to show your University of Memphis ID to the security guard when entering the Learning Commons after Library hours. The 1st Floor Commons Room is open 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week except during Breaks and Holidays.
