Further details of the Check-Out Privileges can be found at:

Policies

You must present your library-issued Special Privilege Card to check out materials, including Reserves or Recordings for use in the library. We will also ask to see a photo ID, such as a driver's license. You must use your own card, not a borrowed one. Special Privilege Cards are issued to library users in various groups. You may show a photo ID, such as a driver's license, and complete a form which is available at the McWherter Library Circulation Department.

Students and faculty from specified reciprocal institutions must present their institutional ID when submitting an application. Rhodes, CBU, Ole Miss, and Southwest Tennessee State Community College are all on the list. Check with the Circulation Department for the current list.

High School students must have a parent or guardian and high school librarian sign the form.
