Requesting Student-Athlete Appearances

If you would like to have student-athletes participate in your community service event, please first fill out the Promotional Activities Form and fax, scan and email, or mail it back to University of Memphis Compliance.  Please remember to indicate ATTN: PAWS Program somewhere on the form. This ensures that after the activity has been approved it will come to the right department.
