Welcome to the Library Support Staff Association's website. This website gives the support staff the tools to empower and enrich themselves in their personal development and growth while working for the University of Memphis Libraries.

Purpose

As stated in the Constitution of The University Libraries Support Staff Association, the purpose is:

To educate and train library staff through continuing professional development and to promote awareness and understanding of concerns impacting library staff roles at The University of Memphis and in the community.

To work for the inclusion of library staff in Library decision making, to increase opportunities for personal training and advancement, and to encourage staff participation in local, state and national professional organizations.
