Research Programs in Management
Faculty and doctoral students in the Department of Management at the University of
Memphis are actively engaged in rigorous and relevant scientific research. Our areas
of research expertise include human resource management, organizational behavior,
strategic management, international management, organizational development & change,
and organizational research methods. Below is an overview of our research programs

Human Resource Management
