Rob Hoerter has been named associate vice president for communications, public relations
and marketing at the University of Memphis. Previously an account supervisor at TMB
Marketing, a division of archer>malmo, Hoerter has also worked with CS2 Advertising
and was a partner in the Sossaman + Associates agency.
Hoerter has spent more than 16 years in advertising and marketing in Memphis and served
as account lead for the U of M for eight years while at CS2 and Sossaman. In that
role, he worked with the University on its branding, student recruitment efforts,
fundraising initiatives and athletics.
Hoerter holds BBA and MBA degrees in marketing from the University of Memphis.
He and his wife, Adrianne, also a U of M graduate, are the parents of two children.
