The Memphis Healthy U initiative is designed to encourage students, employees, and
visitors to eat healthier, move more, and become tobacco free.
We offer a plethora of FREE events encouraging you to move more, eat healthier, and be tobacco free through our Midday
Moves program, weekly nutrition seminars, Tiger Bike Share, and other initiatives.
Midday Moves occurs Monday-Thursday at 12:30p.m. on the UC Alumni Mall. The sessions last between 20-30
minutes and vary each day. *In case of inclement weather, the location may change to the Campus Recreation Center.

Nutrition seminars will be held each Friday in Mitchell Hall (MI), room 403, 11:45a.m.-12:20p.m. Visit
