Midday Moves
 
Memphis Healthy U invites you to take a break from your day and get away from the office or classroom to join in a physical activity with Midday Moves.
 
Each Monday-Thursday at 12:30 p.m., there will be 20 to 30 minutes of planned physical activity held on the Alumni Mall outside of the University Center. Activities will range from yoga to line dancing to Frisbee tosses, and will be coordinated by the Memphis Healthy U committee. All activities are free and open to the public as well as the entire campus.

November 3- Tailgate Games w/the College of Engineering

Cornhole, ladders, and other fun activities.

November 4- PETE: Tag and volleyball and WalMart Stump

Freeze tag and other great games

November 5- Kan Jam w/Tiger Dining

Get the Frisbee in the Kan and get a prize!

November 6- Yoga

We'll provide the mat, or  you can bring your own!

November 7- DYI (Do it yourself)

Take a walk, do a dance, just be sure you're moving!

November 10- College of Communication and Fine Arts

November 11- Veterans Day March w/the Alumni Association *Student Plaza (Fountain area)

Join us as we honor our Veterans!

November 12- Kan Jam w/Tiger Dining
