Biographical Summary Deepti is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management Information Systems at the
University of Memphis. She has three ongoing programs of research that span the areas
of merger and acquisitions, alliances and software industry issues. Specifically,
she enjoys exploring the relationship dynamics of a focal firm with its partners
and stakeholders and how IT can help manage these relationships for overall development
at the organizational level. She has worked as a Software Developer in a leading Indian
IT Company Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. She enjoys reading fiction and listening
to music in her free time.
