Biographical Summary Lakshman is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Management Information Systems at
the University of Memphis. His current research focuses on the introduction of agile
software methodology in large organizations from a control perspective. Other research
interests are in the areas of Service Oriented Architecture and technology performance
from an end user perspective. He has served as a reviewer for the Americas Conference
on Information Systems (AMCIS) and the Hawaii Conference on System Sciences (HICSS).
Lakshman works for FedEx as an Enterprise Architect in Memphis and has extensive experience
in the areas of technical architecture solutions for eCommerce systems and specializes
in design process and costing techniques.
