Biographical Summary Rahul is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Management Information Systems at
the University of Memphis. His current research focuses on managing complaint behavior
to enhance service quality. His other research interests are in the area of Service
Oriented Architecture, and the impact of IT on healthcare and communication. He has
served as a reviewer for Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) and International
Journal of Business and Systems Research.
