Parker is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Marketing & Supply Chain Management at the University of Memphis. Prior to the program, he worked for a software company called, Sedona Systems. Sedona is a self-service web database application that allows faculty members to maintain their teaching, research, service, and experience records to name a few. His responsibilities were to provide on-campus training sessions for university faculty and administrators, as well as create and maintain flash tutorials embedded in Sedona. These tutorials were audio-visual aids for Sedona subscribers who needed additional guidance for product use.
