Subhash has defended his dissertation proposal and expects to graduate in May 2018. Prior to joining the Ph.D. program at the University of Memphis, he has worked in India for three years as an assistant professor. His papers have been published in a number of journals, including Journal of Retailing; European Journal of Marketing; Journal of Service Research; Service Industries Journal; Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing; Journal of Consumer Marketing; Marketing Intelligence and Planning; Services Marketing Quarterly; and Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics.
