To reiterate what the President has said, while we respect the NCAA process and cooperated fully in it, we respectfully disagree with the vacation of the 2007-2008 season.  This penalty is excessive, given the evidence and our due diligence in this matter.

We have 15 days to file a Notice of Appeal with the NCAA.  We will do that.  We will then have 30 days to file our written appeal, which will lay out the reasons we believe that the penalty is excessive.  Because this is an ongoing process, we will not comment on the details of the appeal until our document is submitted.
