The University of Memphis Athletic Marketing Department, through its on campus promotion
group the Tiger Task Force, is partnering with the Blue Crew and the Sports Marketing
Association to sponsor this year's Final Four watch parties.The watch party is scheduled
for Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the Elma Roane Field House at 5:07PM - when the Tigers
face UCLA in the NCAA Final Four in San Antonio, Texas.
The Elma Roane Field House will open at 4 p.m., to give people plenty of time to find seats and get ready to watch the game, which is scheduled to begin at 5:07 p.m. The event is free to the public and will feature free food, prizes, games, and various giveaways. Free parking is available in all U of M general parking for students and non-students. The cost for parking in the parking garage adjacent to the Field House will be $5. With a Tiger victory the next Final Four Watch Party will be on Monday, April 7 at the game time announced from CBS after Saturday's game. Seating will begin one hour before game time.
