U of M Hispanic Student Association Will "Rock On" for Charity

Rock on! Members of the Hispanic Student Association at the University of Memphis will be rocking (the old-fashioned way – in rocking chairs) for charity beginning Friday, April 22. The 12-hour Rock-a-Thon will begin at 8 p.m. at the Wesley Foundation, 3625 Midland Ave. Events throughout the night will keep participants motivated (and awake). Sponsors may donate a minimum of $36 on behalf of each participating HSA member during the event. The HSA supports Up 'til Dawn, a campus-wide University of Memphis fundraiser for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and provides scholarships for incoming freshmen.
