The University of Memphis Will Host Hispanic Students Feb. 24

To serve the growing Hispanic population in the Mid-South, The University of Memphis will hold a reception for prospective Hispanic students and their parents on Monday, Feb. 24, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Michael D. Rose Theatre.

Representatives from U of M colleges and key departments will be available to discuss programs and opportunities at the University, as well as services available at the University for Hispanic students. Members of the Hispanic Student Association will translate for participants who don't speak English.

The event is free of charge, but reservations are required. To hold a place at the reception, call 901-678-2169.
