Poet Geoffrey O’Brien Will Visit U of M Writers Series Feb. 25

Poet Geoffrey O’Brien will give a reading of his work Wednesday, Feb. 25, at 4 p.m. in Patterson Hall, Room 456, at the University of Memphis. The reading, which is free and open to the public, is part of the University’s spring 2004 River City Writers Series.

O’Brien is the 2003-2004 Holloway Poet at the University of California at Berkeley’s. His first volume of poetry, The Guns and Flags Project, was published in 2002.
