Parking Lot to Be Converted for Visitors June 9

Effective Monday, June 9, the University of Memphis' parking lot #32, on Patterson Street across from Johnson Hall near Alumni Drive, will be converted to a metered lot for visitors.

The change is being made to offer better parking to prospective students, their families and other guests visiting the new student services offices in Wilder Tower/Brister Hall. The change will enable the University to maximize spaces reserved for visitors and to control the traffic in the lot.

The lot will have 34 metered spaces for visitors. Meters will be enforced from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on normal business days.
