affairs at The University of Memphis. Latham, who joined The
U of M in 1985, had served as interim associate dean since
August 2002. He was also assistant director of the University

"Mr.

vice president for student affairs and dean of students. "We're
pleased that he will be able to use this experience and these
skills and relationships in his new position."
