"Ethics
of Electronic Information" Symposium Set for Oct. 13-16

An
international panel of scholars and technology professionals
will visit the University of Memphis Oct. 13-16 to take part
in a symposium that will examine ethical issues related to
management of information in the electronic age. The emphasis
will be on intellectual property, knowledge management, and
women in computing.
Representatives
from South Africa, the Netherlands, England, New Zealand,
Norway, Iceland, and the United States are scheduled to attend
the "Ethics of Electronic Information in the 21st Century,"
which will be held at the University's Fogelman Executive
Center.
