Annual Business Alumni Day Is Set for Sept. 22

The University of Memphis Fogelman College of Business & Economics Alumni Chapter will host its 12th annual Alumni Day luncheon Wednesday, Sept, 22. As many as 800 guests are expected to attend the luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the Holiday Inn at the University of Memphis. The luncheon is the highlight of a day when local business leaders who are Fogelman College alumni teach morning classes as visiting professors.

T. Michael Glenn, executive vice president of market development and corporate communications and president and CEO of FedEx Services, will be honored as the Alumnus of the Year. Stevan Porter, president of the Americas for Intercontinental Hotels Group, will be recognized as this year's Friend of the College.

The keynote speaker will be R. Brad Martin, chairman and CEO of Saks Incorporated.
