Teaching:

Mrs. Smalls primarily teaches Community Population Focus Practicum and Gerontological Nursing. She has also taught Contemporary Issues/Trends.

Service:

Mrs. Smalls is a member of the American Nurses Association, National League of Nursing and Public Health Reserve Corps/ Medical Reserve Corps – Memphis and Shelby County Health Department. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority serving on the Health and Recreation Committee.

Clinical Practice:

Mrs. Smalls’s professional history includes experience in Medical –Surgical, Orthopedics Progressive Care Unit, Nursing Administration and Occupational Health Nursing.
