Shkendie Papraniku, MSN, RN
Clinical Assistant Professor
Professor Papraniku is a full-time Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Memphis, Loewenberg College of Nursing, teaching undergraduate courses including Health Assessment Lab, Intro to Professional Nursing Seminar, Transitions into Professional Nursing Practice Practicum, and NCLEX review.
Professor Papraniku is a current member of Sigma Theta Tau International, National League for Nursing, Tennessee Nurses Association, Greater Memphis Area Advanced Practice Nurses, and American Association of Colleges of Nursing.
Professor Papraniku received a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Wagner College and a Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in Nursing Education from the University of Memphis.
Expertise and Practice:
Professor Papraniku's expertise is in Cardiovascular and Medical Surgical Nursing. She still practices as a registered nurse at Methodist-Le Bonheur Hospital on a cardiac step-down unit.
Professor Papraniku's research interests include the implementation of innovative teaching and learning methods with an emphasis in nursing simulation.
Professor Papraniku enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling.
