Tierney Earls, Public Relations Chair
Hello, my name is Tierney Earls a senior, nursing major at the University of Memphis.
I am a native of Arkansas, but have been a resident of Memphis for five years. I have
always been a Tiger fan; I can remember attending games as a child. I am passionate
about serving my community and campus in any area in need. I served on the Executive
Board as Membership Chair for Profession Assertive United Sisters of Excellence (P.A.U.S.E),
I am a mentor for the Student Nurses Association (SNA) mentoring first semester nursing
students entering Loewenberg School Of Nursing, I have been actively volunteering
for the Raymond Skinner Center (a community center off campus) for the past 5 years;
assisting children and adults with developmental disabilities. I have worked with
St. Jude for the past two years volunteering for their Radiothon; that raises money
for the hospital by encouraging callers to become St. Jude Hero's. I hope to continue
this effort, because St. Jude's efforts play a personal role in my life; they care
for my nephew who has Sickle Cell Anemia. I am excited to be on the Board of such
a prestigious Honor Society as Omicron Delta Kappa and I am looking forward to an
