How Online Courses Work
Courses are offered via the Web, so wherever you can make a high speed internet connection, you can access your class and the many resources available to you as a student at a major university!

Online classes are engaging and convenient but they do require high levels of self-discipline and motivation. To ensure a successful online experience, it is essential to have regular, reliable, access to the appropriate computer equipment and a high speed Internet connection. You must also have an active University of Memphis email account.

Designed as asynchronous classes, you can complete course work based on deadlines, not assigned class meetings. You may choose to complete your degree entirely online or, with your academic advisor's approval, you may complete some of your courses on-campus.
