Research and Teaching

Michael's main research interests are spread across Phenomenology, Existentialism, Social and Political Philosophy, German Idealism and Contemporary Continental Thought. More specifically he is interested how the political and historical dimensions of intersubjectivity help shape and give form to different ways of understanding human freedom.
