Academic Program Maintenance (Change Major)
Project Scope:
Review current practices and administrative processes relating to Academic Program
Maintenance (Change Major). Develop an online request form with electronic approvals
and routing, eliminating paper and improving process time. Review and update guidelines,
websites and catalog information relating to the process.
PROPOSED TIMELINE: May 2017 - October 2017 Analysis Stage / February 2018 - October 2018
