Project Scope:

Identify strategies to effectively use 6-year cohort reports (of first-time full-time freshmen) that have been created by OIR; develop and disseminate a plan to target and intrusively advise students to graduate within a 6 year (or less) timeframe; examine and incorporate best practices from other institutions; incorporate student input as appropriate (e.g., focus group, interviews).
