Extra Compensation
Project Scope:

Review current policies, administrative processes and practices related to extra compensation as it relates to employees for non-recurring work outside their normal work schedule for administrative extra pay, extra compensation and dual services. Include detail process mapping to design and implement an improved process, using the eContract/EPAF model. Create reports as needed, to meet end users needs and update any documentation/training materials and websites.  

PROPOSED TIMELINE: May – December 2014; target is for electronic process to be used for Spring 2015 appointments.
