Project Scope:

For the selected pilot process of Graduate Assistant appointments, the scope of this project is to apply the process improvement methodology in full, from the project initiation to implementation and including detailed process mapping and design. For the other groups of temporary hires, review and document 'pains and issues' for use in future projects.
