Ernö Lindner

Dr. Ernö Lindner earned his doctorate in 1985 at the Technical University of Budapest. He has assembled an outstanding laboratory research group, and with them, a sustained record of achievements in the field of chemical sensors and biomedical engineering. His approach leaves a greater mark on his students: They leave with much more than a degree in Biomedical Engineering; they become first-class engineers and scientists with almost unlimited possibilities. His students have collaborated with institutions such as St. Jude, LeBonheur, UT Ophthalmology, Budapest University and ETH Zurich.

During the past three years, Dr. Lindner has served as the Principal Investigator on nearly $1.8 million in externally funded grants as well as a co-investigator on many others.
