The graduate application may be submitted online or may be printed, completed and mailed. The application will require entering the following information.

1. GRE Scores
2. Grade Point Average
3. List of Undergraduate courses taken and grades
4. Choice of Graduate Program
5. Choice of Research Group
6. Choice of up to 3 Psychology Department faculty whose interests you share.
7. List of Awards and Honors
8. Personal Statement --
   A personal statement is a description of your background, interests, special qualifications, and research/professional goals. This statement should be a maximum of two pages. Submissions that do not adhere to this format will be rated lower.
