Biographical Sketch
Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish
from California State University, Stanislaus in December 2005. Jessica is currently
a fourth year in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program in the Clinical Health research
area. She works as project coordinator on a brief alcohol intervention study that
is being conducted through the HABIT lab. Jessica also began working as a student
clinician in the Psychological Services Center in 2007. Her research interests include
addictions, behavioral economics, substance abuse and mental health treatment for
minority populations, and other health behaviors. Jessica's thesis research examined
the role of price and responsibility on drinking among college students.
Jessica is currently on internship at the University of California, San Diego/Veterans
Affairs.
