We invite you to pre-register for the conference on-line or by completing the printable registration form.  See the information below if you are registering online.  If you are mailing your registration, make a check payable to the University of Memphis and send to The University of Memphis; P. O. Box 1000, Dept 313 Memphis, TN 38148. Pre-registration is $15 (per person) but must be received (online) or postmarked (mailed) by Friday, February 17, 2012. Add $5.00 (for a total of $20) for registration received or postmarked after the February 17, 2012 pre-registration deadline. Registering for the conference, entitles you to attend all conference events, including lunch on-site.

Additional charges to include in your registration packet:

Conference t-shirts are $10.00 each and can be included with the registration payment prior to the conference. A limited number/sizes of t-shirts will be available on-site but will cost $15 x shirt.
 
If you are driving to campus, we strongly recommend that you secure the one-day parking pass which will allow you to park in a parking area near the University Center. Add $3.00 to the registration fee if you wish to purchase the optional parking pass.
