Assessment & Planning Resources for Student Affairs
The Division of Student Affairs at the University of Memphis has partnered with Campus Labs to utilize their product Baseline for the easy design and delivery of surveys to students, faculty, or staff. Information about Baseline, tutorials, and videos about the product are available on the Campus Labs website.
Staff members can login to Baseline, using their UofM username & password.
Goals, and their subsequent results, for the each department within Student Affairs are entered every year into the online platform TracDat, as part of our continual efforts to track our progress, make improvements, and support the University in its accreditation process. TracDat can be accessed through a web browser. Login credentials to TracDat are your UofM username & password.
The Division of Student Affairs uses activity codes in Banner to track participation/usage of many of our programs as a way to track student retention, graduation, and academic performance. A list of the different Student Affairs activity codes is available.
More information about Professional Development for the Division of Student Affairs can be found on the Student Affairs website.
To request access to Baseline, TracDat, or to request the creation of a new activity code for the Division of Student Affairs, please contact Dr. Scott Radimer at slrdimer@Memphis.edu or 901.678.2826.
