Law Students’ “Race Judicata” Will Help Support Memphis Area Legal Services

The Student Bar Association of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law will sponsor the 2009 Race Judicata 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, April 4.
For online registration, go to http://racesonline.com and search for “Race Judicata.” The registration fee is $20 until race day, when it will be $25.
Check-in starts at 8:30 a.m., with the race at 10 a.m. The event begins and ends at the Mason YMCA at 3548 Walker Avenue, near the U of M. Awards will go to the top two male and female finishers in each age group.
Race Judicata benefits Memphis Area Legal Services (MALS), a non-profit organization that has been providing legal assistance for more than 30 years to elderly and low-income families in Shelby, Fayette, Lauderdale, and Tipton counties.
