What’s Your Major? Oct. 16 Event at U of M Can Help You Choose

Are you undecided about your major?  Interested in adding a minor?  Do you want more information on your chosen major?  Then you might want to attend the fourth annual Discover Your Major Day on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Rose Theater lobby to explore all of your options.   

Discover Your Major Day is an opportunity for students to “shop” for a major in an informal setting. They can gather information, meet with current faculty and advisors, hear from current students, and learn more about the many areas of study available at the University of Memphis. Students will also be eligible to win one of the door prizes donated by a variety of campus offices and local businesses.

 More than 1,000 students attended last year’s event.
