A completed application includes:

1. your RA application including short answers
2. A release for student employment
3. A completed background check form
4. and three reference forms (if you live on campus, one reference form must be completed by your RA) family members and friends may not complete a reference form

Please be sure to complete all four of the above steps before the application deadline or you will not be considered for employment. To obtain the reference and release for employment forms, please click on the link to "other employment forms" on the left, or click here
