  • Wireless Internet service and utilities are included in the rent. Convenient parking, landscaped grounds, private rooms, and apartment amenities differentiate Carpenter Complex from traditional residence halls.
  • Carpenter is currently not open to new UofM Freshmen. (except for some Living Learning Communities housed in Carpenter. (See your community advisor for more information.)
