The Carpenter Complex is the only residence hall that provides apartment and townhouse style living.

An apartment unit offers private bedrooms for four students as well as two shared bathrooms. Each bedroom has a desk, desk chair, bed, chest of drawers, and a closet. Every bedroom has its own private phone line, cable TV connection and wireless Internet access. The common area of each unit includes a full kitchen that opens onto a living and dining area. Each kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. A dining table, chairs and sofa furnish the living area.

A townhouse unit offers private bedrooms for five to nine students as well as two or three shared bathrooms. Each unit consists of two floors. Each bedroom has a desk, desk chair, bed, chest of drawers, and a closet. Every bedroom has its own private phone line, cable TV connection and wireless Internet access. The common area of each unit includes a full kitchen that opens onto a living and dining area. Each kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. A dining table, chairs and sofa chair furnish the living area. Townhouse units also have a semi-private patio. A laundry facility is available in the community building of Carpenter Complex.
