Each unit comes with the following:

• Kitchen fully equipped with stove-full size oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and garbage disposal
• Carpeted living room and bedroom(s)
• Enclosed patio
• Venetian window blinds
• Water services (other utilities must be arranged with MLGW prior to check-in)
• Swimming pool
• Playground

In addition to the usual amenities, your phone service is already connected and equipped with call waiting and three-way calling in each unit as part of The University of Memphis campus phone system. The cost of the laundry facilities is included in your rental and therefore the machines are on and accessible during office hours for residents. Each unit is provided with cable.

As for Internet access, Graduate and Student Family Housing is set up for wireless Internet. In order to connect to Wireless ResNet, you will need a Wireless PC/USB Card or other 802.11a/b compliant device. The installation of your Wireless adapter should already have been completed. If your adapter was not installed by the manufacturer, then you should follow the instructions that were bundled with your device. ResNet support does not normally install Network Cards inside the computer. If you need further assistance from outside the University you can try an outside vendor or contact the RESNet Service Center at 901-678-4042.
