The Graduate & Student Family Housing office is located directly across from the swimming pool in the center of the community. It is open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm  Monday � Sunday. When the office is closed each night a professional staff member (Assistant Area Coordinator or Graduate Assistant is on call. The staff member on call completes a grounds tour each night and responds to incidents, enforces policies and is to be contacted if an emergency arises. In addition to responding to emergencies, AAs assist with community development. Some of the responsibilities of these staff members are as follow:

• Programs are provided for the residents at GSFH. The following community wide programs have been presented: Christmas Social, Easter Eggstravaganza, Halloween Carnival, and a Pool Party. Program publicity is usually posted 3-5 days before the program.
  
  
• Health & Safety Inspections are completed at least once a semester, and will be prescheduled with the Assistant Area Coordinator.

While the office is open it is staffed with Desk Assistants (DA) who provide information for residents and their guests.
