Richardson Towers North is the largest female residence hall at The University of Memphis. RTN, as it is commonly called, is located at the northwest corner of campus, across from the new FedEx Institute of Technology. Richardson Towers North is a ten story building that houses 500 female residents.

The main lobby of RTN has a main desk staffed 24 hours by Desk Assistants. Kitchen amenities such as, two ovens, a microwave, an ice machine, and a sink are available. In the breezeway between Richardson Towers North and South area there is a cafeteria that serves an all you can eat buffet and a convenience store.
