Richardson Towers South (RTS) is the largest male residence hall at the University of Memphis. RTS, as it is commonly called, is located at the northwest corner of campus, across from the new FedEx Institute of Technology. A ten story building that houses 526 male residents.

The main lobby of RTS has a desk staffed 24 hours by desk assistants, kitchen amenities such as, two ovens, a microwave, an ice machine, and sink. The first floor of RTS is connected by a breezeway, Richardson Towers North, the University's largest female residence hall. In this breezeway area there is a cafeteria that serves an all you can eat buffet, in addition to the Tiger Mart convenience store.
