MISSION
The mission of the University of Memphis is to help students succeed by meeting their educational goals, remaining enrolled, and graduating on time. The University provides specialized programs that are designed to integrate students into the University community by promoting and focusing on students success throughout their college experience.

GOAL
Our goal is to design and implement programs that will evaluate efforts that directly impact the success of enrolled students.

• Fostering greater involvement with students at all levels.
• Identifying and removing all barriers to retention and graduation.
• Encouraging and supporting departmental efforts to develop assessment related to retention and student success.
• Increase communication with parents, staff, and academic departments to help students be academically successful.
