Academic Calendars

The University of Memphis academic calendar is published in the University of Memphis Undergraduate Bulletin [1] and the University of Memphis Graduate Bulletin. [2] Academic calendars, current and future, are also available at the UofM Office of the Registrar web site. [3] The Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law’s academic calendar is available on its web site. [4]

Grading Policies

Policies regarding grades are set forth in the Undergraduate Bulletin and the  Graduate Bulletin. [5] The School of Law's academic regulations, including grading policies are published on its web site. [6] Additional information on grading policies is available on the Office of the Registrar web site. [7]

Refund Policies

The UofM refund policy is in accordance with the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) Guideline B-060, Fees, Charges and Refunds. [8] The refund polices are published in the Undergraduate Bulletin [9] and the Graduate Bulletin. [10] For the convenience of students, faculty, staff, and others, detailed fee payment deadlines, including refund policy information, are available on the Bursar’s web site [11]. All student refunds are calendar-driven with the percentage of the refund decreasing from 100% to 75% to 25% based on the timetable set forth in TBR's Guideline B-060.[8]
