Allison Potter received her doctorate in educational psychology and research from the University of Memphis. She has a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. from Arkansas State University. She joined the University of Memphis staff in 2000 and began working for SBBER in 2007.
Dr. Potter has designed evaluations for both local and statewide government grants/programs and has provided training and technical assistance to school districts and states in measures for classroom observations and school climate. She is a technical advisor for the Center for Innovation and Improvement, focusing in the areas of training implementation and evaluation of federal programs by multiple states. Dr. Potter is a graduate faculty member at the University of Memphis, teaching courses in research, learning and cognition, adolescent psychology, and lifespan human development.
