The Physical Education (PHED) Activity Program offers students the unique experience of receiving college credit while promoting a healthier and active lifestyle.

All PHED courses require a PAR-Q and Activity Consent form to be filled out and signed prior to conducting any physical activity. If the answer 'yes' is chosen for any of the questions, then a physician approval form is required.
