Originally founded in September 2005, the TRIO Classic Program provides support services to first-generation, low-income students and/or students with disabilities needing support services during their university years.

The program is very competitive with a limited number of openings each year to maintain 200 SSP participants.  The program is housed in 415 Mitchell Hall.  Applications to apply for the program are available in the Student Success Programs (SSP) offices or by clicking the following link: TRIO Classic Application.
